Grand Manor

The distinctive white-brick Grand Manor Apartmentss, built in 1906, were designed by the Iowa state architect as the first multifamily apartment house on the west side of Des Moines. Lovingly maintained over the years, its floor plans offer hardwood floors, tall bow windows, solariums, or enclosed back porches. Grand Manor is close to downtown and a short walk to the shops and restaurants on Ingersoll Avenue.
